Meet the Founder

Tiff started in recruiting longer ago than she cares to admit. After spending about 15 years in startups and boutique environments, and experiencing multiple successful exits, she decided to venture out on her own.

Tiff best serves Seed to Series B/C-ish companies that haven't quite figured out their talent acquisition strategy yet, and need some help getting the right people in place. Having hired over 300 people in the startup space- and over 700 in her career- she has a knack for finding the right people for challenging roles, and working with hiring teams to assess that talent to ensure sticky hires that grow with your company.

 

Her favorite way of going is to work herself out of a  job- by hiring and training your Founding Recruiter- but she'll stick around as long as you need her.

At the forefront of every interaction is the experience- for the candidate, the client, and eventually the team. A passion for fit, culture add, and understanding the way the client works drives every decision, submission, and revision throughout the process.

Outside of the office, her favorite activity is trying to figure out why her animals have lost their minds on any particular day. When she's done with all that, she goes to the beach.
